This program is design to enhance physical fitness, self – defense and social skills.
Students will receive a more advanced jiu jitsu curriculum by applying the fundamentals techniques incorporating strategies of jiu jitsu promoting in their jiujitsu and their life fast response and reaction to unexpected situations and encouraging decision-making skills.
