The advanced class will take your game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. In this class you will experience more live training while exposing the students to more advanced moves.

In the Advanced class, the pace is faster, the level of the training partners is higher and the focus on little details and timing is what will assist you to take your game to the next level.
