Rada Jiu Jitsu Academy (=RADA=) is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts school that caters to kids and adults alike. Headed up by Professor Rafael Dallinha, RADA strives to spread the art of Jiu Jitsu and help people learn useful self-defense skills. We work hard to provide a fun, fitness-focused atmosphere where La Jolla residents can get in shape and feel comfortable.

Kids Classes Ages 4-6
This program is designed to introduce our youngest to JIU JITSU.
Fundamentals Class
The Fundamentals program is focused on introductory techniques from every position.
Kids Classes Ages 6-9
This program will help them build confidence, learn self-discipline, develop respect.
Intermediate Class
The Intermediate Class is built on higher level techniques and drills that start shaping the student’s game flow
Kids Classes Ages 10-13
This program is design to enhance physical fitness, self – defense and social skills.
Advanced Class
The advanced class will take your game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction.
