RADA Jiu Jitsu Teaching Kids in San Diego
RADA Jiu Jitsu is an academy that is teaching the ancient art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. RADA caters to all experience levels from beginners to mixed martial arts professionals and even law enforcement. The academy is located in beautiful sunny La Jolla located in San Diego County and is offering some new and exciting programs. There are many different programs offered at RADA Jiu Jitsu, including many adults and children’s classes. The skill levels range from beginner to more advanced. RADA even offers private lessons to teach and encourage the challenging practice for all skill levels in a more private setting.
RADA Jiu Jitsu offers kids Jiu jitsu classes for kids who would like to learn more about the practice. RADA is a place that will empower the students with essential self-defense skills or as a place to connect with other like-minded new friends. These classes are inclusive of all ages and skill levels.
RADA academy also offers 3 different classes for kids jiu jitsu San Diego. The kid’s classes that are offered here at the academy can range from ages of 3-5, 6-9 and 10-13. Each of these classes will cater to the abilities and skill levels of each age group to really drill the fundamentals into practice. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great way to build confidence and discipline in each of our children.
RADA Kids Classes:
- The 3-5 classes focus on basic mat awareness, balance, agility, and coordination drills for our youngest students.
- The 6-9 classes will focus on building a strong foundation in the skills of Jiu Jitsu while also empowering them to be bully-proof.
- The 10-13 classes will enhance physical fitness and social confidence while providing instruction on more advanced Jiu Jitsu practices.
The academy was established in 2012 as a Clark Gracie Jiu Jitsu and 2017 as RADA Jiu Jitsu and is led by Rafael Dallinha. Professor Dallinha is a World Champion Black Belt Professor and a 3rd degree black belt from Brazil. Each of our instructors are hands-on and consistent in teaching the founding philosophy and techniques in a way that everyone can understand. The drills are incorporated to encourage practice and form to be able to use in real life situations.
